Came here with my grandma for a quick breakfast. Overall was great. Decor/aesthetic was great. Our waitress was very nice and kept checking on us. Drinks came out fast and food came out faster. Food was good. Overall I would recommend for a small breakfast before you head out for the day.

ASG hadn't checked out Sahara Las Vegas in detail, so we made a meal stop on the way out - eyeing Zeffer's intriguing breakfast before hitting the road. Its ratings were solid and they have a focused menu - just what we were looking for. And, not as ubiquitous as it once was, Sahara has free parking. Sahara's went through a series of renovation, first with 2014's rebranding to SLS, and a more recent return to the "Sahara" and upbranded overlay in January of 2023. This $200 million investment brought bright, light accents and the best of "old Vegas" writ large. We like the look - the Sahara's exteriors are virtually unchanged for decades, but the re-branding over the years refreshed and revitalized the space. With renovation came new restaurants - and Zeffer was their response to have the simple Vegas diner accessibility, but add luxury elements to stay on brand with the rest of the Sahara. You'll appreciate Zeffer's diner-like sensibility - as the menu is broken out into Lighter Side, Egg Specialities, Off the Griddle, Classics, and Cafe Favorites. Why we came was for some breakfast eggs - and they have the variety we were hungering for. [Plus, if you are looking for a quick steak on your way out of Sin City, then a breakfast steak is a perfect way to satisfy.] We started off with a Bloody Mary and an Absolut Berry Vodkarita - perfectly sized. For a morning starter, these were not overly large, and a nice friendly balance. For our meal, we had Avocado Toast adding the option of poached eggs on each. We also got the Zeffer's Two Egg Breakfast with sausage, and French Toast option to round it out. The Avocado Toast was as it should be - delicious sourdough, daikon sprouts, watermelon radish, and perfectly poached eggs. I add a little hot sauce and cracked pepper for me - and away we go. Quite good. The Two Egg Breakfast was a healthy portion, again, with well cooked eggs. The French Toast was as it should be - buttery and sweet. All in all, a great place to introduce yourself to Sahara's recent renovations and an easy decision when you're looking for breakfast on the Strip! Let me start with service first, It was great! Joseph was our server 5 stars, great personality, super friendly, and he was on it. He made sure we had all we needed before we could think to ask. Here's our order- Steak and eggs - A nice size rib eye and eggs with potatoes. All of it was great Eggs Benny - Not a traditional Benedict, but it was great! (I HAVE A WEAKNESS FOR BENEDICTS) The asparagus was so fresh and not overdone. The hollandaise was great, the eggs were perfect... This restaurant is located right inside Sahara Casino. I definitely recommend Zeffers and we will definitely be back.

Stopped in for breakfast, there was a little bit of a wait to be seated but not extremely long. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, I loved the partial booth end we were seated at, there was lots of room to feel comfortable (I hate being seated at a 2-person table with nowhere to place my purse!) I ordered the burrito, it was delicious! I should have ordered it without the tortilla (I asked if they had corn tortillas but they only have flour.) I just scooped everything out, it was so tasty!! Would definitely order it again. My husband got the 2-egg breakfast and said it was so good, he didn't need to add any condiments to any of it. They even got his crispy-bacon request right on the money! It's a little pricey, but it's the strip, so that's to be expected. Paid $60 (including tip) for two breakfasts and 1 glass of OJ. Thought about deducting one star because my water was never refilled, but server was very nice, so I'll let it slide... this time. Lol

Enjoyed a business meeting with a long time friend of the Sahara who hosted me at Zeffer's. I saw steak and eggs featuring a12oz ribeye. Yes! And it was delicious! I can't say much more, but wowza!

Service: great! Friendly and gets food out quickly. I ordered to-go first time and dined in the second time. The to-go order was ready within 10 minutes and took about 20 minutes to bring out food when dining in. Cleanliness/environment: very clean. The decor is beautiful. I love the seats! Super comfortable. It's inside of Sahara hotel. The best part to rate... Food: I will admit. I was not impressed with the french toast for the price. It was edible and the fruit was good that was on it, but there are other places I would rather get french toast. I think part of the reason is that I got it to go maybe? So I recommend dining in to get it. Most of the reviews write this is one of their best items. I didn't get it the second time I went. The turkey bacon that I ordered on the side was flavorful but nothing special. The second time I went I ordered the chicken and waffle!!!! Now this is DELICIOUS. It comes with a a spicy syrup that's unique with a little spice. It's a sauce I've never tried to before on chicken and waffles. They do have regular hot syrup that comes with the chicken and waffle also. It's a reasonable portion for the price. Get this! Do I recommend Zeffer's? Yesssss

I recommend this restaurant for breakfast if you find yourself at Sahara! I went here three days in a row, and I was satisfied with my experience each time. I was always seated and served promptly, and on each visit I was sat at a cozy booth, with the same server who was very good. (I wish I could remember his name - Xavier maybe?) The different items I had on my visits: veggie omelet, avocado toast, oatmeal, yogurt parfait, fruit, and orange juice. Everything was good and I pretty much ate all my food, except for the oatmeal, which I could skip next time. I rarely crave it but just so happened to be craving it on my last visit. It's not a place I would go out of my way for, but if at Sahara and in need of basic but solid breakfast food, I recommend this place.
